NTEC Seminar Proceedings
Every two years NTEC organizes a two-day seminar for TE professionals so they can discuss TE program implementation strategies and share eligibility concerns and questions with FHWA headquarters.

FHWA Publications

FHWA Guidance on Transportation Enhancements
This technical document guides states in the proper implementation of the TE program, and includes information on eligibility, environmental review, real estate acquisition, and more.  NTEC staff can also provide answers to specific questions concerning the Guidance.
